And Gadd has been a writer since the day she learned to scroll her first words in crayon across her bedroom wall. Her first published book was in 1988, with the second in 2003. Since then she’s offered 20 more (with 15 translations) across a variety of nonfiction genres, including 11 self-help books. Subjects include enneagrams, travel, place names, relationships, quirky “sheep” books, habits (the reasons behind why we do them), the feet (how the sole mirrors the soul), and the seven stages of self development in popular fairytales. Ann has, over the past 35 years, written for various magazines and self growth publications. More recently she’s found her passion for photography and has moved to photo journalism. She is also an accomplished artist with sales of over 5500 paintings both locally and abroad. She is a Certified iEQ9 enneagram practitioner. She’s spent 10 years as an alternative therapist (Reiki, Lifeline Counsellor, Footology and General Holistic Practitioner).
