Lisa Lapointe
Lise Lapointe is CEO of Terranova Securities and author of ‘The Human Fix to Human Risk’. Recognized as an innovative entrepreneur dedicated to the success of her clients, Lise has been in the IT field for over 30 years. She founded her first IT company with the arrival of PCs, in 1982. Seven years later, she started the training centre, Microcode, which was acquired by Telus Business Solutions in 1998. She then founded her third company, Terranova Securities, one of the first companies in the world to focus on cybersecurity awareness for businesses. Lise’s book, The Human Fix to Human Risk, is the must-read for CISOs and security awareness teams. She provides readers the 5 steps to masterminding an effective security awareness program, change behaviours and how to help employees become part of the companies defences and protect the organization from cyber-attacks. Lise has presided the “Association des enterprises privées de formation du Québec” and the Quebec Information Security Institute.
