Kimberlee Taylor. RN, Senior Director of Clinical Services
Kimberlee Taylor is the Senior Director of Clinical Services with a long-term care company with centers in Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. As the senior clinical consultant, she trains all new DONs and regional nurses for the company, as well as oversees survey and regulatory processes. While attending Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Kim worked as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility. Upon graduation, she realized her passion was working with the elderly. An RN for 19 years, Kim has worked as a private duty nurse for ventilator dependent patients, a Home Health Clinical Coordinator, DON of a skilled nursing facility and regional nurse consultant over several states. Kim is Wound Care certified and currently serves on the Wisconsin Healthcare Association’s Education committee.
