Neil Dufty is a Principal at Molino Stewart Pty Ltd an Australian environment and natural hazards consultancy (https://molinostewart.com.au/) Neil has qualifications in earth science and education and over 40 yrs of experience in environmental management with 15 years of experience in disaster management. His expertise include: School & community education, Facilitation, Stakeholder engagement, Evaluation, Strategic planning and Publications. Neil’s research include the design of community-based early warning systems, using social media to build disaster resilience, disaster education and engagement, and best practices in linear reserve environmental mgmt. Neil is a member of International Advisory Board of the Centre for Floods, Communities and Resilience at the University of the West of England and is a Regional Director of The International Emergency Management Society (TIEMS). He's been commissioned to write a book on ‘Disaster Education, Communication and Engagement’ to be published late 2019.
