Dr. Trillion Small
Dr. Trillion Small is the CEO of Attachment Leadership, a counseling, consulting, and coaching company providing customized wellness and leadership development programs, emotional intelligence corporate training, and youth development curriculum. She is also the Founder of Prepare Academy, which has a primary initiative focus on mental health and restorative juvenile justice. Dr. Small has a Ph.D. in Clinical Counseling and is an adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Dallas in the Behavioral and Brain Sciences Department. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified John Maxwell leadership coach. She is also a recent TEDx Speaker. Her talk title is “Overcoming the Fear of Love” where she provides the psychological and neurological perspective of fear, particularly as it relates to love. Additionally, she is the author of 5 books and the founder of her publishing company, They Speak Publishing.
