Bill Baxter has worked in official and unofficial business and systems analysis roles since 1999, preceded by operating a small media design & development company that helped establish his passion for identifying problems, clarifying needs and delivering value. He currently works as a Business Analysis coach and project delivery consultant, helping guide his clients to more effective use of their Business Analysts while watching for the emerging skills that will help his team be future-ready.
