Kate Terrell
Kate Terrell is the former CHRO of Driscoll’s Inc.,the world’s berry company, and has spent over 20 years working in leadership & talent, organizational effectiveness, culture navigation and evolving the employee experience. Her passion comes in helping companies reach their potential and become successful enterprises. Prior to joining Driscoll’s, Kate worked in consulting for Accenture, in private-equity held organizations, and at Whirlpool. Several life events had a significant impact on her career and her personal journey. From working in Manhattan on 9/11, to jumping into a company that was on the verge of failure, and successfully battling stage IV cancer, she identified five key lessons that were critical for her to live a life of resiliency.
