Corey Blake
Corey Blake brings more than two decades of experience guiding companies to align their purpose and values to behaviors, deepen their psychological safety, sustain an accountable culture, and fortify their entire cultural ecosystem. As founder of Round Table Companies and Round Table Storytelling Academy, Corey supports organizations in creating courageous company cultures through his combined expertise in leadership, psychology, and storytelling. Prior to founding RTC in 2006, Corey Blake was a professional commercial and television actor in Los Angeles, starring in commercials for nearly a dozen Fortune 100 brands, including a spot named one of the 50 greatest Super Bowl commercials of all time and an infamous, multi-award-winning ad for Yard Fitness where Corey plays basketball naked. In 2015-2016, Corey studied for 18 months at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, while also beginning his studies at the Stagen Leadership Academy in Dallas, where he is currently entering his fifth consecutive year of their Advanced Leadership Program (the Dragon’s Gap). Corey has spent nearly two decades guiding CEOs and thought leaders in telling their authentic story. His work has earned a Belding, Bronze Lion, London International Advertising Award, numerous Addy Awards, 17 Independent Publishing Awards, and hundreds of millions of views across network television, cable, and Youtube.
