Marzia Hassan
Marzia Hassan (LLB, MSW, RSW) is an author, public speaker and marriage and family therapist working with individuals, couples and families. She started her working career as a high powered corporate lawyer. After starting her own family, she realized that her true passion lay in empowering and strengthening families to create intentional and healthy relationships. Marzia now works as a social worker and relationship consultant with individuals, couples and families. After obtaining her masters in social work, she started Family Connections International, a psychotherapy practice based in Toronto and online. Having lived and experienced life on three continents, Marzia combines Western scientific thought with Eastern spiritual wisdom to bring a unique and practical aspect to her work with families. She speaks and writes about the challenges of family relationships in the modern world. Marzia is the author of “Parenting in the Age of Facebook: Raising the Net Generation"
