Amy Gregory, Director of Communications at Keeneland, is one of the busiest publicists in the game of thoroughbred racing. She and her talented team will be providing previews and post-race coverage of five graded stakes races at the historic track this Saturday highlighted by the Gr.1 $1 million Toyota Blue Grass Stakes and Gr.1 $500,000 Central Bank Ashland Stakes – two major points races for the Kentucky Derby and Oaks. Amy is also the President of the Turf Publicists of America. The TPA, founded in 1951, is comprised of approximately 130 Thoroughbred racing publicists and marketing executives at racetracks throughout North America with the shared goal of promoting the sport of Thoroughbred racing. Each year at the Racing Symposium in Arizona, the TPA organizes the Mark Kaufman Workshop on a topic relevant to publicists and marketers, awards the Big Sport of Turfdom to recognize an individual or individuals who enhanced the sport of Thoroughbred racing.
