KATHY FLORA has held positions in leadership development and HR training in the corporate world and state and federal government. As a Nationally Certified Career Counselor and Master Career Coach, Kathy has guided hundreds of individuals through life and career transition. No stranger to transitions herself, she was a three-term elected State Representative in New Hampshire. After making a move to Washington DC, she managed HR programs for the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress and the Defense Intelligence Agency before retiring from public service in 2015. Kathy volunteers for Cancerandcareers.org as a virtual career coach for cancer survivors. She is an author, speaker, wife of 43 years and joyful grandma who can be found most mornings on the trails near their home on the Florida Suncoast. Caregiver, the role chronicled in her book, Walking My Momma Home, was an unexpected one, cherished for its powerful season of spiritual inspiration and growth.
