Dr. Robert E. Schilken
Dr. Robert E. Schilken is in his 42nd year leading the Allegheny Health Network medical team of Special Olympics, PA. He and the rest of his medical team help these athletes with disabilities meet their medical needs so that they can compete and reach their full athletic potential in competition. He is also Team Physician for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He is an Orthopaedic Surgery specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended and graduated from University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine in 1990, having over 29 years of diverse experience, especially in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is affiliated with many hospitals including Allegheny General Hospital, , Jefferson Regional Medical Center, St Clair Memorial Hospital, Peters Township Surgery Center , Bethel Park Surgery Center, and UPMC South Hill Surgery Center.
