Dr. Laurie Bennett Cook
Dr. Laurie Bennett-Cook is a graduate level Clinical Sexologist. Through counseling, workshops, and hands on, experiential exercises, she assists others in achieving the level of sexual function they desire. She enjoys the study and research of not only what people are doing sexually, but how they feel about it. Dr. Laurie divides her time between Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. When not seeing clients, she works as President for her non-profits, Sex Positive Los Angeles inc. (SPLA) and Sex Positive Utah, both offering sexual education and support programs to local counties. Laurie and her husband have enjoyed an ethically non monogamous relationship for twenty years. Her work at the Wild Horse Brothel, the upscale sister house to the famed Mustang Ranch, gave her keen insights about human sexuality when people feel safe to reveal desires.
