Ivan Rincon
Ivan Rincon, B. Eng., MBA, PMP is a professional project and program manager with over 27 years of experience. Mr. Rincon has worked for large organizations like IBM, HP, and EDS, as well as independent consultant. Over his career, he has been involved in multiple projects related to emergency management, public safety, and business continuity. He is currently the Executive Director in charge of the Catastrophic Response Actions for the BC Government.
