Bobby Tillman
Bobby Tillman was born and raised in High Point, NC. He recently moved to Charlotte in November 2018 after residing in the Triad area for his entire life. Bobby graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and currently works as a Sr. Workforce Management Analyst for Spectrum Enterprise. Bobby has worked in the contact center environment for 18 years in various roles including L&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations Management. Bobby is happily married and a proud father of three awesome sons (ages 13, 8, and 4). During his spare time, he enjoys vacationing, spending time with his family, and anything sports related. Bobby has been coaching youth baseball and basketball for the past 8 years and has been a “helping dad” in soccer. Most of Bobby's pastime is spent at the fields preparing his kids for the next season.
