Elyse Krantz
Elyse Krantz became interested in the college admissions process after serving as a student tour guide in the admissions office of her alma mater, Dartmouth College. After graduating cum laude with a degree in linguistics, Elyse accepted an admissions counseling position at Bennington College in Vermont, where she worked with students from Long Island, New Jersey, Atlanta, Chicago and the Pacific Northwest. She then moved to New York City to pursue a master's degree in communication and education at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, subsequently joining the admissions staff at Barnard College as a senior admissions officer. At Barnard, Elyse directed Long Island and Boston recruitment in addition to managing the College’s alumnae admissions program, co-coordinating admissions statistics, and editing various college publications.
