Jassi Arora co-leads Duke Energy’s Customer Connect program as Vice President of customer connect delivery. He is responsible for consolidating and modernizing the company’s legacy billing systems into one customer service platform to deliver the universal experience customers expect. Customer Connect will simplify experiences for Duke Energy customers and employees. Jassi is also accountable for IT department supporting legacy Customer Systems, IT Customer Digital Experience, Renewables applications and Call Center technologies. Jassi is a seasoned business and IT executive with more than 25 years of experience in the utility industry and worked for large consulting organizations to implement programs such as CIS/CRM, AMI and Smart Grid Solutions. Jassi holds several degrees including a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Computer Application and a Master of Science in statistics.
