Dr. David Fagan
Dr. Fagan is Vice-Chairman for Pediatric Ambulatory Administration at Cohen Children's Medical Center-Northwell Health. Dr. Fagan is responsible for the clinical oversight of Northwell’s 17 pediatric primary care practices with a focus on performance improvement and achieving Patient Centered Medical Home recognition. Prior to joining Northwell, Dr. Fagan was Chairman of Pediatrics and Residency Program Director at Nassau University Medical Center. Dr. Fagan completed his pediatrics training at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and attended SUNY-Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Fagan is actively involved in advocacy efforts around e-cigarettes and bullying through his leadership role in Chapter 2 of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
