Sheila Hawkins
Sheila Hawkins is a Certified Life Enhancement Intervention Coach with a specialization in emotional trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse and suicide prevention. She is part of a network of Coaches supporting clients across the globe with varying levels of needs. Passionate about her work and what these techniques make possible, Sheila works with individuals who serve or have served in the military, first responders, accident victims and those who are impacted by domestic violence and rape and others. Her ultimate vision is for everybody to live the life they choose without hindrance of traumatic events by teaching them tools to use on a daily basis for their self-management of emotions.
