Sonia Cervantes was inspired to pursue a career in Health and Wellness after seeing the needs of people to become healthier. Nutrition-related Chronic Disease and Sedentarianism is on the rise, impacting our health. She experienced it firsthand. Her mother suffered from diabetes and Alzheimer’s. Her father had high blood pressure, prostate cancer, and kidney failure. She struggled with weight issues and always asked herself if there was something more we could do to take better care of ourselves. The answer is yes! Prevention is a key factor. Her mission is to empower individuals by adopting healthy lifestyles. Her coaching services are evidence-based and focus on a holistic approach in Four Core Areas: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. All of them are important and they are all related. In order to be healthy there has to be a balance with your mind, body, and spirit. It is really not that difficult. The approach is simple – Back to basics!
