William E Kelly

Bill Kelly has served as an advocate for seniors, equality activist, philanthropist, journalist, and amateur artist for more than a dozen government and community organizations, including bringing the first LGBT senior housing community to San Diego. For the past 14 years, he has focused his energies on creating public awareness of the intergenerational and multicultural aspects of the aging population. His strong belief is that although the challenges faced by the older adult population do not discriminate based on ethnic background, religious belief, or sexual orientation, he has worked tirelessly to support and establish rights for LGBT seniors. He has a background as a medical corpsman in the US Air Force, and has a Master’s degree in Education Administration and Community Leadership.
