Mary Carolyn
Mary Carolyn is a nutrition expert, a nutrition studies statistician, and gardener. Mary Carolyn is a also certified personal trainer and RYT200 Yoga professional, and certified Pilates trainer. She began teaching group fitness in the 1980’s and is published in the area of corporate wellness. Trained in plant-based nutrition, she is the official nutritionist for Miss USA Earth. Mary Carolyn was a professor of math and statistics and research at the University of Maryland and George Mason and she worked as a senior statistician in human spaceflight for the U.S. Department of Transportation. Mary Carolyn earned a BBA Finance from James Madison University, a MA Human Resources at Marymount University, and completed postgraduate coursework towards a PhD in Educational Statistics at University of Maryland. She has been featured on Great Day Washington for her STEM work with her company Nutrition Student, and with the Science Cheerleaders at the US Science Festival.
