Frank Clark has been many things in his life, from a trash man in Stone Harbor, New Jersey to a police officer in Philadelphia, to a civil servant in the Federal government, recently retiring after almost 40 years. He currently represents taxpayers before the IRS in collection matters as an enrolled agent. Frank graduated from Park College in 1977 with a BA in Management and the University of Miami in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies. His thesis is titled “Maximón: The Shape Shifting Trickster.” He is the author of “Run for YOUR Life” on Apple Books and teaches “One Small Step: Efficiency for Managers” on Udemy. Frank surfs, scuba dives, has run 46 marathons, gardens, ferments foods, recently had his foot run over by an SUV, is a throat cancer survivor and is expecting his second grandson in early December. He just purchased a 30’ RV and is heading out to see the country with his wife Rosalind.
