Shatha Barbour
Shatha Barbour is a leader with a global perspective and passion. Shatha Barbour has a diverse background with experience working in the healthcare sector, a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company, cofounder of the Good Tree Institute, a local nonprofit that focuses on transforming the Muslim community nationally, and is currently the CEO of Hera Hub Phoenix. Shatha was born in Homs, Syria but came to the United States at a young age and grew up between Chicago, IL and a small town in south Georgia, criss-crossing the world to spend time in the Middle East, bridging cultures her entire life and passing her learnings on to her 3 children. Shatha’s goal in life is to empower women with resources to create impact and positive change around the world! We know when women in business succeed and are sustainable, a ripple effect occurs through the broader community that has a deep impact on the economic, educational, social, financial, and political fabric of our society.
