Miguel Gonçalves
Miguel Gonçalves is an entrepreneur, traveller and co-founder of Spark Agency, a consulting firm specialized in talent management. With a background in Psychology and Engineering, he's a simple guy that loves alpinism, marathons and paintings. Over the past years, he’s been developing Pitch Bootcamp, a career acceleration programmed that helped more than 14.000 university students, in 21 countries, to reshape the way they think on their talent. In 2016 he published “O Mercado Grita Talent”, a book that becomes the reference in career management in Portugal. His mission is to build the world's leading career acceleration programmed.
