Bianca Wooden
Bianca Wooden is a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), childbirth educator and doula located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Through breastfeeding her three children, Bianca developed an appreciation for breastfeeding as more than simply a way to nourish a child, but a foundation from which parenting skills flourish. In 2011 Bianca became a volunteer mother-support counselor. She discovered that there was a need in her community for knowledgeable, compassionate support for families during the time of birth and breastfeeding. She established her business, Better Beginnings, to provide childbirth education and doula support. In 2017 she became an IBCLC and added private practice lactation consulting to her services offered. After the birth of her third child, at 35 weeks gestation, she became passionate about spreading awareness and support for late pre-term infants.
