Asher Wenig is a Senior Director and Head of Net Lease Investment Sales in Avison Youngs New York City office, where he leads the groups triplenet investment platform.Previously, Asher served as Vice President of The Boulder Group, a boutique investment sales firm specializing in single tenant net lease properties. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director at KW Property Management Consulting, where he focused on business development in New York City, as well as on the identification and acquisition of assets for new developments and residential conversions. He has successfully represented numerous institutional and highnetworth clients for acquisition, disposition and 1031 exchange assignments.Asher earned a degree Financial Management and minors in Economics and Accounting from Indiana UniversityBloomington.
