Kalley Henderson
Kailey Henderson has been with the Surrey Women's Centre in a number of capacities since 2016. She initially joined the centre as a volunteer but eventually moved on to become a victim support worker on the centre's crisis team. In 2019, Kalley's passion and success helping others led her to become the Crisis Team Coordinator. Her love of supporting others has been a constant in her life, and began to truly develop as a career in her years of work as a health care aide. However, she found herself most drawn to supporting women. Now that she is working with the Surrey Women's Centre, she can't imagine taking any other direction in life. Kalley believes the passion she feels for this work helps her to truly increase safety, support, and empowerment for women and others persons experiencing gender-based violence.
