Leialoha Cail is the General Manager of The Farmacy Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara’s first 21+ cannabis dispensary. The Farmacy is the brainchild of the collective efforts and vision of Leia and childhood friend Graham Farrar. Prior to their work together in the cannabis industry Leia spent a decade managing one of Farrar’s former ventures, a luxury vacation rental management service specializing in personalized experiences for visitors to the area. When Farrar was awarded one of only three merit-based licenses granted by the City of Santa Barbara several years later, Leia was his first choice to bring the dream to life. The Farmacy SB opened its doors in August of last year with a grand opening that consisted of over 1000 guests and lines around the block.
