Kevin Chisholm
Kevin Chisholm is a Managing Partner and Founder of 60 Guilders, LLC. Kevin has overseen the acquisition of more than $2.9 billion of New York City retail, office and residential investments. Before forming 60 Guilders, Kevin was a Managing Director at Savanna Real Estate Fund, where he led the firm’s acquisitions from 2006 – 2013. Kevin joined Savanna from Ritchie Capital Management, where he was a founding member of its real estate principal investment and asset management team from 2003 – 2006. Before starting his real estate career at Ritchie Capital Management, Kevin worked as a telecom equity research analyst at Credit Suisse and as a telecom management consultant at PwC. He received a BA in Political Science and an MBA from Columbia University.
