Megan Grabski
Megan Grabski is a Project Manager with the 21 and Able initiative at United Way of Southwestern PA, where she focuses on engaging employers to improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities. She partners with self-advocates, advocates, employers, agencies, and others to create synergies for growth and change in the disability community. In her current position at United Way, she has assisted in leading the efforts of the Career Transition Project, an employment model that has led to over 700 individuals with disabilities gaining employment through the successful efforts of companies and agencies in the region. She also works closely with the Disability Inclusion Consortium, with over 50 employers who are engaging to learn from each other and sharing strategies, challenges, and opportunities. Megan has over 25 years of experience in workforce development.
