Frances Graham is a Vegan Private Chef who is the Owner and Operator of Nourish’d Culinary and Catering. She is an Educator and Speaker specializing in plant-based education and transitioning to a lifestyle that reduces pain and inflammation in the body. She has 20 years in the culinary industry and attended culinary school in Dallas, Texas. Recently, Chef Frances has been in remission from four autoimmune diseases simply by changing her diet and energy. She is available for hire in the Phoenix Valley for cooking demos and classes, private chef services, wellness events and women’s retreats. Recently, she started a program to “veganize” restaurant menus. There are still many restaurants in the valley that offer no vegan options for their customers. Nourish’d Culinary offers a program where they work with the commercial restaurant staff in the kitchen and use ingredients they already possess in their inventory to create a customized menu.
