Michael Sullivan
Michael Sullivan is a Principal and Executive Director of Asset Services in Avison Young’s New York City office. He is responsible for the management of all client accounts and developing new management assignments for the firm. He has 32 years of financial and managerial experience within the real estate industry and has managed over 57 million square feet of commercial space during his career. Prior to joining Avison Young, Sullivan has worked with Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc., Rockefeller Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Reckson Associates and Jones Lang LaSalle just to name a few. He is a member of BOMA’s Board of Directors as well as a member of the Management Board of Directors for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Sullivan received his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University.
