Retired Army Sergeant William Kotel has been a key player in exposing the Betrayal in Benghazi. Having spent a career in the military of over 22 years in Military Intelligence, and 2 years in Law Enforcement. He has supported the J2 at CENTCOM in various positions to include the following: J2 Early Indications and Warnings, Targeting, Emergency Management, internal investigations William managed hundreds of military, government civilians, and contractors. He worked as a Senior Targeting Manager for Central Command--Joint Targeting Enterprise Planning CCJ2-JTEP, MacDill AFB, from November 2009 to 2017. Prior to that from 2005 to 2009, Kotel worked as an Intelligence Manager (S-2) 2nd Brigade Special Troops Battalion (BSTB) 101st ABN DIV, FT Campbell KY/FOB Stryker and FOB Prosperity Iraq June 2005 to October 2009, where he was in charge of FOB Operational Security and physical security. There he managed 215 local national interpreters providing translated intel and more.
