Jade Weekes
Jade is an award winning multi-instrumentalist, published photographer, film maker and recording engineer. Having worked for Universal Records as an Assistant Engineer, Jade left and co-founded Hammer Records which was a media promotions company who worked with bands like Hedley, Dragonforce, Children Of Bodom and many more. Jade is a trans woman and works hard in the local music industry to provide a place for musicians to share their new music, news and hard work with the public. In 2019, Jade started Support The Scene which continues the mission to promote local and indie music and the other various Vancouver Scenes.
