Dietmar Kilian
Dietmar Kilian is working for over more than 30 years in management and leadership positions such as Nixdorf Computers, Digital Equipment and SAP before leaving to the MCI as a professor in process, project management and digitalization. Since 2007 he is the managing partner at PDAgroup - an international consulting company. He holds numerous functions as well as Co-Lead of the SAP Academic Board in the German speaking area. Dietmar is accompanying many projects in the SAP environment. For him, the development of people is in the center of his activities, especially the support and coaching of young, dynamic talents.
