Paul spent 20 years in corporate america dreaming about becoming an entreprenurer. In 2014 he finally took the leap and left a safe stable executive job at PepsiCo to start Automation Finance, a real estate company that became an investment company. 6 years later, the company has over $200 million of assets under managment and Paul launched a crowd fund platform that allows even the smallest investor to participate. He specializes in buying mortgage loans secured on homes where the borrower has hit hard times and cannot afford to pay. Automation Finance buys these loans and works with the borrower to restructure the loan so they can afford the monthly payment.
