Helen is the author of 53 Grove Road. She is a life-coach, a Podcast Host and motivational speaker. Helen was born to a Greek father, a French mother and adopted into an Italian family. She is passionate, talks with her hands and has enormous energy. Helen is committed to helping others move beyond past traumas to a place of safety and hope.
