Ayana Parham
Ayana Brody Parham serves as Chief- of- Staff (CoS) of the Hostage Recovery Fusion Cell, a multi-agency team based at FBI Headquarters that represents the government’s unified approach to recovering American hostages abroad—and its commitment to support the families whose loved ones are being held captive. She was appointed the Chief of Staff on May 1, 2020. She provides strategic counsel on policy and planning matters as well as public affairs while serving as liaison to the National Security Council, and other Inter-agencies. Before her appointment as Chief of Staff, Parham served as Senior Management and Program Analyst of HRFC’s Strategy, Policy Coordination, and Innovation where she led interagency-wide strategic planning, policy coordination, risk management and innovation efforts to advance the HRFC’s strategic priorities and improve communications amongst the hostage enterprise.
