Lisa Zeiner
Lisa Zeiner is the Senior Instructor/Evaluator Support Specialist at Pet Partners, where she has been employed for the past ten years. Pet Partners is an international non-profit organization that trains, assesses, and registers therapy animal teams in over 12 countries. A former registered therapy animal handler herself, Lisa started visiting clients at assisted living facilities and schools in 2007 with her mixed breed rescue dog, Chance. She went on to register with the family rabbit, Pat, also a rescue. As Pet Partners has grown and expanded, so has Lisa’s role in the organization. She’s traveled internationally to help establish therapy animal programs in S. Korea, Switzerland and Greece. She’s also had the opportunity to train evaluators working in Hong Kong, Romania, Poland, Spain, India and Australia. In addition to her international work, Lisa also supports evaluators and instructors here in the U.S. In her spare time, Lisa volunteers for Pet Partners
