Dan Weberg, PhD, RN
Dr. Dan Weberg, an expert in nursing, healthcare innovation & human-centered patient design, has clinical experience in ED, Level 1 trauma nursing centers & academia. He is the Head of Clinical Innovation for Trusted Health, the staffing platform where he drives product strategy & changes attitudes about innovation in the healthcare workforce. Dan had 7 years at Kaiser Permanente, where he was an executive in nursing innovation, research, & technology strategy across eight regions, 38 hospitals, & 60,000 nurses. He helped found the new Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. Dan is on the faculty at The Ohio State University College of Nursing & multiple innovation fellowship programs. He is on the editorial board for Nursing Administration Quarterly, has authored 24 peer-reviewed articles & 2 textbooks, including Evidence Based Innovation Leadership for Health Professions and Leadership in Nursing Practice.
