Patricia Neal
Patricia Neal is the president of the Center for Purposeful Leadership, where she collaborates with individuals and teams to increase their positive impact in the world. Patricia is co-author of The Art of Convening: Authentic Engagement in Meetings, Gatherings and Conversations, co-convener of Art of Convening Trainings, and Director of The Convening Institute, a community of Art of Convening Graduates and allies to advance convening and purpose as essential leadership practices. She and husband Craig Neal convened thought leadership gatherings for executives in the Twin Cities and San Francisco for 16 years. Prior to CPL, her career spanned marketing, advertising, IT and community development, leading to a desire to design and create collaborative structures for greater benefit for all.
