Ayesha Selden
Born in the projects. Graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia (255). Graduated from Temple University with Marketing and Economics degrees. Became a Licensed Financial Planner and Stock Broker in 2000. Started buying investment properties in 2002. Paid her first investment property off in 2008. Got her GC License in 2019. Wrote a book in 2020!
