Before CEO.works, Sandy held senior leadership roles in companies including Blackstone Group, Unilever, Motorola, and The Center for Leadership Studies. Sandy began his career performing sea rescues as a line officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. As a Coast Guard Academy Hall of Fame inductee, and the father to student athletes, Sandy has a passion for baseball and softball. He founded the New York Youth Baseball Foundation to help provide disadvantaged youth with improved access to baseball and softball, college, and ultimately a brighter future.
