Sandy Ogg
CEO.works Founder, Sandy Ogg, has spent 30+ years working and learning with Fortune 500 executives around the world. His experience and success in Human Resources led him to develop Connecting Talent to Value™, a methodology that helps companies bend the value curve by getting the right people in the big jobs. Sandy’s lessons from working with C-suite executives have been integrated into several books and papers on leadership and value creation. Before CEO.works, Sandy held senior leadership roles in companies including Blackstone Group, Unilever, Motorola, and The Center for Leadership Studies. Sandy began his career performing sea rescues as a line officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. As a Coast Guard Academy Hall of Fame inductee, and the father to student athletes, Sandy has a passion for baseball and softball. He founded the New York Youth Baseball Foundation to help provide disadvantaged youth with improved access to baseball and softball, college, and ultimately a brighter future.
