Alok firmly believes in the adage that opportunities don't just happen, you create them. He also believes that we’re moving towards a future where traditional full-time jobs may not be the primary mode of work in the already evolving gig economies we find ourselves in. Heeding this shift early on, Alok has garnered more than a decade of experience working and preparing for such a future. From his early days of selling products on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay, to renting properties through Airbnb and HomeAway, getting work done via Upwork, Fiverr and even renting cars on Turo & HyreCar, he co-founded eZdia Inc, a Machine Learning and Crowd powered e-Commerce content solutions company to create & curate content at scale with the power of technology and over 35,000 freelancers. His current passion is fueling the Moonshot Jr. platform, an educational management and retail company envisions empowering children by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through STEM.
