Shannon Quinn is Bridgestone's North American President of the Consumer Original Equipment Division. Shannon is responsible for providing strategic oversight, leadership and direction for all OE activities, including long-range planning, new business development, sales as well as marketing and program management. Shannon joined Bridgestone from Adient where she held the role of Vice President, Ford Business Unit, overseeing business development, commercial negotiations and the overall strategy for the Ford account. She also previously served as Vice President and General Manager, FCA Customer Group, Seating, for Adient, where she improved key customer scorecard metrics including cost, quality, delivery, and financial performance. Prior to joining Adient, Shannon spent 11 years at Visteon Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility. Shannon has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
