Eugene Barnett

Eugene P Barnett has degrees in chemistry, physics and psychology. He is the inventor of various light based treatment devices, including the Optical Treatment Pad, the first laser/ LED combination therapy disk for stimulation of energy meridians of the human body, inter-cavitational light devices for treatment of vaginal and anal conditions. He is the creator of Hemealumen Polychromatic Device, the finest ultraviolet light, blood irradiation machine which is the first device to approximate the Knott Hemoirradiator, utilizing both UV wavelengths and visible wavelengths. Also, he is the inventor of MultiLumen, a topical treatment device enabling and assisting in topical PDT treatment of disease conditions, as well as therapy for injury and degenerative diseases such as arthritis. He has devoted over 20 years to research and development of photo biological therapy devices.
