James Kerridge, DNP, RN, NE-BC
Dr. Kerridge is currently the director of nursing services at AMITA Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago. He holds a DNP from Resurrection University in Chicago as well as graduate and undergraduate degrees in nursing, public policy, and social science. He is board-certified as a Nurse Executive through ANCC and is active in the public policy and advocacy committees of ANA-Illinois and IONL. He has published and presented abstracts in the field of infection prevention internationally and has a passion for improving the nurse practice environment and advancing the image and public understanding of the nursing profession. To achieve this aim, he is on a quest to implement a “Nurses Do That” campaign to help the public understand and appreciate the total impact of nursing within healthcare and in their broader communities.
