Mark Doskow | COO of Cool Beans and Co-Founder & Managing Director or BeyondBrands As a business operations and brand development specialist, Mark’s principal focus over the past 15 years has been to increase the reach and impact of the plant-based foods movement by creating, managing, and growing plant-based companies. Mark has achieved success by combining his team-first leadership approach, ability to manage projects across complex organizations, jack-of-all-trades skillset and mission-based focus. After spending the first part of his career building a nationally recognized and awardwinning theater collective, Mark transitioned into natural foods with Gobo Restaurant, helping to open and run its Upper East Side restaurant in New York City. He then moved on to oversee operations and business development for Candle Cafe & Candle 79 where he led company-wide rebranding, professionalized operations, opened a new location, published two cookbooks, launched three lines of retail products.
