Melissa Conforti
Melissa has a unique background in Operations and Organizational Effectiveness, helping leaders build effective teams, develop change capability, and create employee engagement and resiliency. During her roles in Silicon Valley with Intel, Intuit, Cisco Systems, Align Technology, and Juniper Networks over the last 20 years, she has developed deep expertise in transformational change. She also has her own coaching practice, where she helps individuals identify and remove roadblocks to achieving their goals, develop resiliency, and improve their overall outlook. Melissa is an MBA graduate from Thunderbird’s Global School of International Management and speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Melissa is a Co-Active and Positive Intelligence trained coach and a Prosci certified Change Management practitioner.
